Ok, if you are as crazy about Reggie Watts as I am and if you want to lick his afro every time you see it then you will love this video. It is part of a series featured on IFC’s youtube channel and it is titled Reggie Makes Music. The webisodes/clips seem to be made with footage taken from behind the scenes of Comedy Bang Bang where Reggie jams out with some of the guests. In this clip Reggie lays down a sick beat box and some vocal melodies while Jon Hamm raps about Taxi. For those of you who do not know, Taxi is a late 70s American sitcom that spilled into the early eighties. The show won 18 Emmy Awards and its cast included Andy Kaufman, Danny DeVito, and Tony Danza among others.

There is a plant called silphium that existed around 630 BCE and is now extinct from over use. It had ‘heart’ shaped seeds that were a powerful, extremely effective and safe contraceptive. It was also used to cause abortions.
